Thank you for choosing FrontTech. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for our products and services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following policy.


1. General Policy

FrontTech provides digital services, IT solutions, and customized website development. Because our work involves planning, design, and implementation, refunds are handled differently based on service type.


2. Refund Eligibility for Services

a. Website Development & IT Services

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Work has not yet started, or

  • You request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment.

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Project work has already begun

  • Design, setup, or development tasks have been delivered

  • Any premium theme or plugin has been purchased on your behalf

  • Delays occur due to lack of client response, content, or approvals


b. Digital Products (If Applicable)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • License keys, software, or digital assets once delivered


3. Advance Payment & Milestone Payment

  • All advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • For milestone-based projects, already delivered milestones are non-refundable.


4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the service delivered, FrontTech will:

  • Offer revisions within the project scope

  • Make reasonable corrections to address concerns
    Refunds will not be given after work has been completed or delivered.


5. Return Policy for Physical Products (If Applicable)

If FrontTech sells physical items (e.g., LED products):

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

6. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method

  • Any processing fees, bank charges, or third-party costs will be deducted


7. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after project delivery

  • Failure to provide required content or approvals on time

  • Unresponsive communication from the client

  • Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or services
